The Cottages

General Information

All units are completely furnished, including a fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, range, microwave, toaster, coffee pot, dishes, glassware, cookware and silverware. Each cottage has two bedrooms. Blankets and pillows are provided. Guest must bring their own sheets, bath and kitchen towels, 13-gallon clear or white trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper and dish soap. Each cottage has cable TV and wireless internet. Linens and towels are available for rent and must be reserved in advance for those people unable to travel with these items.
All the cottages have been completely remodeled and have modernized bathrooms and kitchens, including ceramic top stoves and microhoods.

Our mission is to provide guests with clean and pleasant living quarters while they are enjoying the view, fishing, boating, tourist attractions, relaxing or socializing.

Occupancy

Four (4) persons per cottage. Fifth person is $20 additional, per day for everyone over one-year old. No more than five people in one cottage.
Deposits are nonrefundable unless cottage can be rented

Accommodations

Completely furnished, each unit has a fully equipped kitchen. Blankets and pillows are supplied. Guests bring their own sheets and towels. Cottages 1-7 have river views and are only available by the week during July and August. Linens and towels are available for an additional fee. Please request in advance.

Rental Information:

  • Rentals during the months of July and August are only by the week, from Saturday to Saturday.
    • The exception is cottage 8, depending upon availability.
    • There is a two-night minimum for the rest of the season.
  • Rates are based on four-person occupancy. There is an additional charge of $20 per night for a fifth person.
  • All cottages include two bedrooms, a bathroom/shower, a grill, heating, deep-water dockage and more!
  • Sorry, no pets.
  • Our cottages are all smoke-free.
  • Guests have full use of the waterfront/dock area.

Cottage 1 is a waterfront cottage with an enclosed porch. The first bedroom has one queen bed and the second bedroom has both a double and a single bed.

Rates:

May/June: weekly – $1,500, daily – $300
June 25-Labor Day:  $1,600, no daily rate
September: weekly -$1,500, daily – $300
October: weekly – $1,500, daily – $300

Cottage 2 has a beautiful waterfront view . The first bedroom has one queen bed and the second bedroom has two single beds.

Rates:

May/June: weekly – $1,300, daily – $250
June 25 – Labor Day: weekly – $1,400, no daily rate
September: Weekly – $1,300, daily – $250
October: weekly – $1,300, daily – $250

Cottages 3-7

Cottages 3-7 have waterfront views. Cottages 4, 5, and 7 have a queen bed in bedroom one and two singles in bedroom two. Cottages 3 and 6 have a single and double in bedroom one and two singles in bedroom two.
